Project Type:

Communication & Data Systems and Electrical

Project Overview

ProPhase provided comprehensive communications & data as well as electrical solutions for hundreds of Starbucks stores across Canada, when they launched their nation-wide customer app for pre-ordering.  ProPhase installed fridges and freezers to enable Starbucks to carry food as part of their menu.  This involved relocating data and communication racks and installing network switches and the corresponding electrical and structured cabling, to ensure they had a reliable and seamless operation. Our team expertly handled these solutions working night shifts to avoid disrupting the daily sales in the stores.

How we helped Starbucks achieve its goals

Effective project management and meticulous execution are critical to ProPhase’s process:

Conducting team meetings with Starbucks, followed by site visits to assess the existing infrastructure and identify specific needs for communication and data systems and electrical installations.

Holding planning sessions with Starbucks project managers and key stakeholders to align on project goals, timelines, and expectations.

Deploying specialized teams for each aspect of the project. Each team consisted of experts in their respective fields to ensure high-quality work.   The crews worked night shifts to avoid disruption to Starbucks business during the day.

Implementing rigorous safety protocols to maintain a clean safety record and ensure the wellbeing of all workers and Starbucks employees.

Scheduling work during nighttime and off-hours to reduce any impact on Starbucks operations and customer experience.
