Dajcor Aluminum, is an ISO 9001:2015 certified company and is Canada’s leading supplier of extruded, fabricated, machined and anodized aluminum components to various markets: automotive, renewable energy, medical equipment, transportation, building trades, military, recreation and consumer products industries.
ProPhase was engaged to install a CHP (Co-Generation) system, to improve their operational efficiency, reduce energy costs, and ensure a consistent and reliable power supply.

The Dajcor facility is a 175,000 sq. ft. building. ProPhase installed an 865kW Natural gas-powered generator set. The power plant was integrated for Global Adjustment purposes. ProPhase partnered with CEM Engineering.
ProPhase provided both the electrical and mechanical scope of work for the project. The generator that the customer owned, required gas train upgrades and supplementary protection upgrades.
